The seat cover is made of black nylon material. It is being put over the scooter seat and fixed at the backside with a velcro fastener. The elastic bungee at both ends make an individual fitting at the seat form and water and dirt do not have any chance! The rear side stays visible so that a possible safety sign will not be covered.
